A warehouse without enough pickers in November is a P&L problem. KWS supplies pickers, packers, FLT drivers, loaders and warehouse operatives to Kent distribution centres, 3PLs, and on-site logistics teams. We do day shifts, twilight, and nights. Most of our long-term clients use us for the seasonal peaks , Black Friday, the run-in to Christmas, and the spring catalogue ramp , and keep a smaller core through the rest of the year.

Booking warehouse cover

Tell us the site, the shift pattern, and the role. Including any specific FLT licence required, and any system the operative needs to know (SAP, Manhattan, Bluejay).
We send vetted, briefed staff. Right-to-work confirmed, FLT licence checked, induction-ready.
You only pay for hours worked. Timesheets confirmed weekly, invoiced weekly.

What we check on every warehouse worker

Right-to-work in the UK , original document inspected.
FLT licence (where applicable) , in-date and verified.
References from at least one prior warehouse role.
We're GLAA Licensed (KENT0017) , the right licence for ethical labour supply into food, packing, and processing operations.

Lead times that work in real warehouses

We aim for a 12-hour minimum lead time for new starts, but for long-term clients we'll cover same-shift gaps where the geography works. Twilight and night shifts are easier to cover than 6am day shifts in remote sites , be honest with us about start times and we'll be honest with you about availability.
