From brief to driver on site
- Brief us. Send the role, shift pattern, site postcode and any specific licence or CPC requirements. We'll come back the same day.
- We vet and match. Every driver goes through right-to-work, licence and CPC verification, plus references. Tachograph hours are checked before they reach you.
- Staff on site. We confirm in writing, send the driver's name, licence number and contact, and the driver turns up at the agreed time.
Compliance and vetting
Right-to-work, full UK licence verification, Driver CPC, tachograph compliance, references, drugs and alcohol awareness as appropriate. DBS checks where the role requires it. We're GLAA Licensed (KENT0017) , the strongest UK licence for ethical labour supply.
What you can expect on response time
For booked-in cover, we typically respond within an hour. For same-day emergency cover, response time depends on what's available, but we'll tell you in 30 minutes whether we can or can't help , we won't keep you guessing.
