Dartford is one of our busier areas for short-notice cover. Most of the work is trunking and multi-drop running through the Crossings, warehouse picking shifts at Crossways and the Stone estates, and FLT cover at retail distribution sites around Greenhithe, Swanscombe and Bluewater.

Cover here moves fast. We keep HGV Class 1 and Class 2 drivers, van drivers, FLT operators and warehouse pickers on call so that when an absence lands at 5am, we can usually have a worker confirmed within the hour, or tell you the slot stays open. Subject to availability.

The same pool covers Crayford, Northfleet and Gravesend along the A2, which means planned holiday cover and peak-season uplift draw from drivers who already know the run.
