Warehouse work in Kent moves with the seasons. Christmas peak ramps from October. Foodservice picks up around bank-holiday weekends. Spring catalogue picks land in March. KWS recruits warehouse operatives, pickers, packers and FLT drivers for distribution centres, 3PLs and on-site warehouses around Aylesford, Sittingbourne, Ashford and Dover. Most roles are temporary-to-permanent , start as a temp, prove you're reliable, get offered the contract.
The work we typically have
- Pickers , paper, RF, voice.
- Packers , manual and line.
- FLT drivers , counterbalance, reach, PPT, VNA. In-date licence required.
- Loaders / unloaders , including container devanning.
- Goods-in / goods-out admin.
- Warehouse supervisors (occasional permanent).
