How a van booking works

Brief us. Site, vehicle type, drop count target, hours, any handheld scanner / app the driver needs to know.
We send a driver who's done the work before. Multi-drop is a skill. We won't send someone who's only ever done trunking.
Honest feedback. If a driver underperforms on day one, tell us , we'll replace them by day two.

Driver vetting

Full UK licence (Cat B), with appropriate years of driving experience.
Right-to-work.
References from at least one prior multi-drop or courier role.
Drug and alcohol policy acknowledgement where the contract requires.

Realistic response times

For courier and multi-drop cover, our turnaround target is to confirm or decline within an hour. Same-day cover for missing van drivers depends on geography , if the depot is a 90-minute commute from where our nearest available driver is, we'll tell you that.
