Kent Workplace Solutions(KWS) was established in 2019, the brainchild of our two directors Gary and Biren, two industry veterans with a shared vision. Gary brought to the table his extensive experience as a transport manager within the haulage sector, coupled with 20 plus years experience of high-level management in leading recruitment agencies. Biren, his business partner, came with years of hands-on experience in the haulage industry. Together, they saw an opportunity to improve standards within the recruitment and transport sector.

Gary and Biren recognized a gap in the market for a recruitment service that understood the unique challenges of the transport sector, they also offered flexible and ad-hoc staffing solutions tailored to the industry’s dynamic needs.
